DISADVANTAGED YOUNG WOMEN ARE SUPPORTED TO COMPLETE THEIR COLLEGE AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR ECONOMIC SELF RELIANCE.
1. Out of school graduates are trained in the skills of fashion designing, cosmetology, Bakery, Catering Services, Hairdressing, Beauty Care and Manicure using the Master Trainer/Apprenticeship model; ICT skill acquisition.
2. Drop-out of school female children are brought – back to college to complete their college education annually.
3. At least 75% of female graduates of DEC Skills Acquisition Program generate self-employment or wage-income with their acquired competencies.
